Louise Ramdat

The Signature Brand Training & Consultancy Ltd was established in 2021 by Louise Ramdat to offer training, coaching and consultancy services in a new way to make it far more client focussed than other providers, whilst offering excellent value for money.

Louise was previously one of the founding directors of The Training Consultants Ltd and developed the company to the point where it was successfully acquired by Bond Solon Training Ltd.

Louise is now our Managing Director and responsible for all matters relating to business delivery and finance and ensures all of our clients are at the centre of what we do.

Louise personally ensures that all of our training that is delivered by our excellent pool of trainers is delivered to our exacting standards and to the client’s specifications.

Adrian Ramdat

Adrian Ramdat is our Director of Training & Consultancy. Adrian was previously a senior detective whose career spanned the investigation of all types of crime, intelligence and covert operations as a practitioner and manager.

Adrian was the Head of Covert Training for the National Policing Improvements Agency where he held the portfolio nationally for the training of the whole spectrum of covert training. He sat on several national policy groups and delivered many of their highly regarded courses nationally and internationally to a whole variety of organisations.

Adrian worked as a director in an international PLC training company, where he raised the bar on the breadth and quality of the training offered to clients around the world.

Adrian is a highly qualified trainer, holding various training qualifications including a degree in Education and a PGCE. Adrian has been recognised as one of the most knowledgeable and practical trainers in his arena and he specialises in the design and delivery of training in investigations, intelligence, covert activity and has been described as an expert in RIPA (&RIPSA). He has spent a total of over 35 years working in this arena and is as keen today as he ever was about the subject matter.

Adrian is also a qualified business coach, where he coaches people across the spectrum from company founders to senior executives, helping them to achieve their business objectives. He was a member of UCL Innovations & Enterprise for over 4 years, working with entrepreneurs that were seeking to turn ideas into a thriving business. In this role he mentored and coached a number of entrepreneurs to achieve business success.
