Our lead business coach is Adrian Ramdat. He has worked in the public and private sectors, navigated his own businesses through recessions, created growth and constantly hit or exceeded targets. He was a business director for an international blue chip company and is a qualified commercial manager, so has a wealth of REAL WORLD business experience. Adrian is part of the University College London (UCL) Hatchery Programme, mentoring start-ups and entrepreneurs, so has experience of guiding new businesses through the difficult 'start up' period to a point where they can look for investment to expand further.
