Introduction To Our Workplace Mentoring
We completely understand the issues facing you after completing some training and how difficult it can be to transfer that newly acquired knowledge into practice.
Well, don’t worry because we offer a mentoring and support service so that you have someone ‘in your corner’ that wants you to succeed.
You can be reassured that our subject matter experts are all occupationally competent in their specialist areas and they can be there to guide and advise you. We will respect the way in which you want to work and can be as ‘hands-on’ or as ‘hands-off’ as you want us to be.
The process is very flexible and we can be there, when required, in person, remotely via the use of technology such as Teams or on the telephone.

We don’t worry about who trained you and it really doesn’t matter to us if it was another company as our focus on you being able to perform your role back in the workplace.
However, if you have completed one of our accredited courses, we can link this mentoring to the post-training assessment process. So whatever your situation and whoever trained you, don’t hesitate to ask us for mentoring & support.
