Introduction To Our Covert Operations Management (COM) Training
This course has been designed to allow managers whom are involved in managing covert operations in proactive or reactive investigations to explore covert techniques and tactics that can be utilised and the associated managerial issues.
The Covert Operations Management (COM) course examines managerial issues such as risk management, defensible decision making and disclosure. It uses subject matter experts from various covert disciplines to give presentations on those specific techniques, such as undercover activity and covert monitoring posts. There is also an option to run a simulated operation which will allow the delegates to practically apply their new knowledge in a challenging but safe environment.
