About This Course
Our Data Protection Compliance Toolkit is ½ day in duration and is designed to allow anyone that needs an understanding of the data protection regime to:
- Understand and implement the legal framework that ensures fair and lawful processing of personal data.
- Be able to assess conduct with regard to the application of data protection principles under current legislation.
- Identify the application of exemption(s) to the data protection principles in practice.
The toolkit can be delivered as a training session to you virtually or face-to-face on a one-to-one basis or as part of a group to give you the confidence to know that your data protection processes are robust, or where they can be improved.
