Introduction To Our RIPA (& RIPSA) Training

If you work in a public authority, it is crucial that you have an understanding of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) and the Investigatory Powers Act (IPA) as the consequences of getting it wrong can be dramatic including the removal of the powers conferred under RIPA/IPA or even the awarding of unlimited compensation to a person who successfully complains to the Investigatory Powers Tribunal (IPT).

All of our RIPA training is up to date, taking account of amendments to RIPA & IPA including the changes included in the Protection of Freedoms Act, the most recent Codes of Practice, case law and guidance from the Investigatory Powers Commissioners Office (IPCO).

We are also offer RIPSA training to organisations in Scotland or RIPL training to organisations in the Channel islands.

Importantly, all of our trainers are professionally qualified and accredited to national standards.
