RIPA (& RIPSA) Refresher Training
Face-To-Face or Live Virtual Training
Introduction To Our RIPA (& RIPSA) Refresher Training
We completely understand that you are a very busy person and in addition to your ‘day job’ you need to keep up to date with RIPA and the Investigatory Powers Act (IPA) BUT it’s been a year or so (or maybe even longer) since you received any RIPA training. The recommendation is that staff in the RIPA arena receive RIPA refresher training at least every 18 months.
If it’s been while since you had any training, then how do you know that your knowledge and more importantly, your working practices are current? If you are being honest, you probably don’t but don’t worry we can help you.
It doesn’t matter to us who initially trained you as our RIPA Refresher training will refresh your knowledge of the legislation, including any changes that have taken place, bring you up to date with stated cases, recent guidance from the Investigatory Powers Commissioners Office (IPCO) and current practical thinking about this complex area of business.
More About The Refresher Training
Our refresher training is delivered by experienced trainers who are all RIPA practitioners.
They are well aware of the requirements of the Investigatory Powers Commissioners Office (IPCO) and the courts so the training is able to reflect the requirements of the Act, the Codes of Practice, guidance documents and relevant case law. Our feedback is always excellent and our clients love the way that we make the training based in their working practice and we have several options to ensure we meet your need exactly.
This training is completely interactive and is geared to make sure that you go back to your work place equipped with 100% up to the minute thinking.
