We are pleased to announce that training delivered through The Signature Brand Training & Consultancy and our Baron Training brand has been awarded the AIM Qualifications and Assessment Group Quality Mark.
The Quality Mark currently covers three of our specialist training courses:
• Investigative Interviewing.
• RIPA Training.
• Whistleblowing Training.
For us, this is an important recognition of the standards we apply to our training and provides clients with an additional level of assurance when choosing a specialist training provider.
What does the AIM Quality Mark mean?
The AIM Quality Mark provides independent recognition of the quality standards behind our courses. The courses covered by the Quality Mark are subject to requirements around areas including content, learning outcomes, delivery and assessment.
This is particularly relevant when commissioning specialist training. A course may look good on paper, but the quality of the training ultimately depends on the knowledge of the trainer, the relevance of the content and how effectively delegates are able to apply what they have learned.
That is why we place considerable importance on both the quality of our courses and the experience of the people delivering them.
Our trainers bring substantial subject knowledge and practical occupational experience to the subjects they teach. We also specialise in tailored in-house training, allowing us to adapt our courses to the needs of individual organisations rather than simply delivering an off-the-shelf programme.
